5-STAR++ Piper LOVES Lucky!!!?

Our German Shorthaired Pointer, Piper has been going to Lucky Daycare Ranch since it opened and it is THE BEST place for high energy dogs in the DFW Metroplex hands down! Piper has tried them all over town... and this place is the best for her breed, personality and care. She can run all day long and be a dog! She can play with other dogs, chase squirrels (and boy does she chase squirrels!!) rabbits, walk/run/scout in the woods, swim in the pond, hang out in the ranch house, etc. It's an amazing place. Jeff and Susan take such great care in providing the best environment for the dogs safety, well being and overall enjoyment. They offer a variety of packages that are suitable for various budgets. I really like the extra care Jeff and Susan take in assessing the new dogs that are coming into try the place making sure that the Dog Personalities and temperment are a good fit for a variety of dogs to play together and interact. We have also used them to Board Piper and when Piper comes home after staying at Lucky Dog I have to leave her "DIVA" hat at the door. She gets treated like a queen there and she loves every minute of it. I am happy to serve as a reference for anyone that wants to speak with me about this place. Disregard the 1 Star Review by "Disco" totally out of bounds and inaccurate and appears to be a "grudge" review because their dog was not accepted. Kudos to Jeff and Susan for a great place. Keep it up!!

Jeff and Susan thanks for providing an outstanding facility for our high energy pup! This is truly a place where a "dog can be a dog" It's obvious that she stays entertained while hanging out with you guys and the other dogs...she always comes home exhausted from playing, jumping, running and swimming so hard. Perfect place for her - home away from home! I know our dog will be a long time client at Lucky Dog.?

It's great to finally have a place where I know my dog is having a good time because he's free to run and play with other dogs. The facilities are top notch and there is plenty of room for the dogs to play. The indoor facility is extremely clean. Susan and Jeff spend their day playing and watching all the dogs so I didn't worry at all about the lack of supervision. So much better than having my retriever sitting in a cage all day. It always just broke my heart when I knew he had to go to a kennel when I was away. At Lucky Dog Daycare I now don't have to worry about it. He's in Doggy Heaven!!?

I have been bringing my two labradors to Lucky Dog Ranch for the past 2 months or more, and I have to say not only am I grateful for such a safe and fun environment for my dogs, but I fully trust Susan and Jeff with the welfare of both my dogs. This place is an awesome place for your dogs to run and play and get plenty of daily exercise. I especially love there policy on non agressive dogs allowed. Because of the environment they have set up, not just any breed would be a right for this facility. I trust their judgement fully, they interview each client and their animals on a case by case basis. My dogs and I love this place and would recommend it to anyone looking for open, fun, and safe environment for your dogs to run and play. Most days I wish I didnt have to go to work and could just stay at the Ranch with my two best friends!?

We have done both daycare and boarding, and I feel my dog is very safe here. My dog enjoys running around and playing with the other dogs in the huge play areas. I feel good knowing that my dog is never stuck in a cage, and unlike other places, they dont allow pit bull dogs.?

I drove over an hour to take my dog here, and it's definitely worth it. The dogs are in a safe, open environment and are outside all day unless they need a rest or a break from bad weather. All the other facilities I'd found let the dogs out for small periods throughout the day -- and half of them charged for it!! Their sleeping quarters are spotless clean and have a doggie door for going outside any time. Within 5 minutes of my first visit, my shy dog made great friends with three big labs, and within 15 mins. was soaking wet from jumping in the pond on the mile long walk. After 2 nights of boarding, she was one happy and exhausted pup!! I would say that dogs have to be fairly social, and smaller dogs may have a hard time. I was also nervous about the open sleeping room, but lucked out since my dog was the only boarder that night and she got to stay in the house. Great owners and the perfect property for a dog ranch.?
